A slightly sparkling version of our Rossato di LoIodice, a

blend of Pinot Noir & Zinfandel. Rich and dark in color but light and fruity in flavor. Fermented on the skins for 36 hours, pressed and fermented out in barrel. Aged in seasoned French oak for 12 months. Aromas of strawberries and raspberries with some spice.  Slightly effervescent on the palate with a refreshing floral and watermelon finish.  Served chilled.
