Here at D’Argenzio Winery we like to think not only of our customers as an extension of our family, but our employees as well. We believe in nurturing their creativity both on and off winery grounds, in hopes they accomplish all goals they set their minds to. One particular example of this can be seen with Bethany. Her love for dancing has blossomed over the last several months as she has been taking formal lessons from a small dance studio located in downtown Santa Rosa just outside of Old Railroad Square.

It has been a joy watching her transform from a caterpillar into the elegant butterfly we always knew she could be. Coming in every Thursday evening for our weekly Wine Down Thursday, she loved to show off her newest moves from the previous class to anyone who would watch. So much so, that when the right song came on, it was impossible to keep her feet from moving, whether she was behind the counter or on the floor.

We always knew her potential from the very start, and are very proud to call her ours!
