The D’Argenzio Family would like to invite you to join us as we celebrate the holidays in Italian style. We will be serving appetizers & dinner accompanied with dessert at our Santa Rosa Tasting Room. Complimentary wine tasting all evening with select features from our Current Portfolio as well as our Private Reserves.

Feast of 7 Fish is a tradition long rooted in the Roman Catholic culture that derives from the abstinence of dairy products during certain times of the year. Occuring during the holidays, this resulted in the consumption of fish, typically fried in oil to keep from ingesting butter and meat. Our Family has been carrying on the tradition for over 100 years, going back to our ancestry in Puglia & Campania Italy, The Feast of the Seven Fish (Festa dei Sette Pesci) is celebrated every year on Christmas Eve, also known as The Vigil (La Vigilia), and it  is believed to have originated in Southern Italy, where are hearts still lie to this day.

MENU:

Appetizers: Thinly sliced, fresh Mozzarella. Drizzled in D’Argenzio’s Basil Olive Oil and served on a Basil leaf. Dressed with Salt & Pepper.

Salad: Arugula & Radicchio tossed in a Lemon & Oil dressing

Dinner: One heaping bowl of Cioppino (Crab, Mussels, Clams, Halibut, Shrimp, Octopus, Anchovies & Salted Cod)

Dessert: Fresh Panettone & House Prepared Biscotti.
